Raw materials and finished products are both subjected to thorough organoleptic controls within our experimental kitchen and successively verified using sanctioned chemical and microbiological examinations using our internal analysis laboratory.

As confirmation of the high quality of our products and overall production process, F.I.R.M.A. ITALIA S.P.A. is certified by both BRC (GSFS) at level “A” and IFS at “Higher Level”.
