From October 4th to 8th, 2025, Firma Italia, together with Gourmet Italian Food, will be at Anuga, the most important international trade fair for the food industry.

At Stand C030 in Hall 5.1, we will showcase our latest innovations in the ambient category, developed to follow market trends while combining convenience and Italian taste.
Drawing on our long-standing expertise in pasta production, we will present the brand-new gourmet line of Mac & Cheese: creamy recipes, bold flavors, and ready-to-cook pasta always served al dente. The range includes seven varieties, from the most classic to the most daring: Amazing Cheddar, Original Tomato Mozzarella, Premium Truffle & Mushrooms, Surprising Pesto, Exciting Jalapeños, Delicious Four Cheese, Savoury Smoked Gouda.

Among GIF’s new launches at Anuga, visitors will also discover the new line of instant pasta cups: Pasta Love! Ready in just 3 minutes, they are designed for those who need speed but don’t want to compromise on quality and authentic Italian flavor. The first launch references celebrate some of the most beloved Italian classics, such as Mushrooms, Truffle, Carbonara, Cacio & Pepe.
